Honeoye Falls-Lima High School was recognized at the New York State Board of Regents meeting on Monday, November 3, for being named a National Blue Ribbon School—one of only 19 schools in New York State to receive this distinction in 2025. This honor reflects HF-L’s unwavering commitment to doing what’s best for students, always.
Located in a close-knit, small-town community, HF-L High School embodies the spirit of excellence. Here, excellence is not just a goal—it’s the standard. We hold high expectations for every student and staff member, guided by the belief that all learners can grow and succeed.
Our success is built on a strong professional learning community, where collaboration, trust, and shared responsibility drive continuous improvement. Teachers, support staff, and administrators work side-by-side, using data, reflection, and innovation to ensure students receive meaningful, high-quality learning experiences. Our talented and dedicated educators are the heart of our school, and we invest deeply in professional development and resources so they can bring their best selves to the classroom every day.
We are incredibly proud of our students—they are curious, kind, driven, and deeply engaged in both academics and the life of the school. Our families are true partners in education, offering steadfast support and collaboration that strengthen everything we do.
HF-L High School’s culture is built on relationships—among staff, students, families, and the broader community. This tight-knit environment fosters a sense of belonging and pride, while allowing us to personalize support and celebrate individual growth. Together, we are committed to evolving, improving, and upholding the traditions that make Honeoye Falls-Lima not just a great school, but a great place to learn, grow, and thrive.
