The Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District has successfully reached a new collective bargaining agreement with the HF-L Transportation Unit, securing a contract that supports the team’s dedication and service.
This agreement follows a series of recent successful negotiations across the district’s collective bargaining units. Over the past several months, the district has finalized contracts with six of its seven bargaining units, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to fostering a positive working environment for all staff members.
“These negotiations reflect our shared commitment to maintaining a strong, dedicated workforce that prioritizes student safety and well-being,” said Superintendent Gene Mancuso. “I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the union leadership, our transportation team, and the district’s negotiating representatives for their dedication and professionalism throughout this process. Your efforts have ensured that we can continue to provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for our students.”
The district remains focused on investing wisely in its staff to support the quality education and services that make HF-L a “District of Choice” for students, families, staff, and the community.
